Every workstream has “Discussion”, “Tasks” and “Files” tabs. Voice messages with a waveform, reactions, search. A channel for a department, a site or a client — and a direct chat with a teammate.

Questions about workstreams and tasks

Is there a kanban board?

Yes. In every workstream you can view tasks as a list, a kanban board, by people, on a calendar and on a Gantt chart. Cards drag between columns.

How is it better than Trello?

The board is just as simple, but every task has its own discussion, and docs, databases and a calendar live right next to it.

Can it replace Worksection?

Yes: project channels, tasks with subtasks, discussions, files, time tracking and Gantt. Plus databases, diagrams and an AI connection — free at launch.

How do I create a task from a message?

Hover over the message and click “Make it a task”. The text becomes the title, and you can set the owner and due date right away.

Do reminders come to Telegram?

Yes. Connect the bot in settings — “Due tomorrow”, “Overdue” and mentions will arrive in Telegram.
